1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and filber ("filber," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at filber.win ("Platform"). By accessing or using any part of the filber Platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or participating in any promotional activity — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the filber Platform. Continued use following any modification of these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Any account where the player is found to be under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The filber Platform is intended for use by residents and persons physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted is not permitted. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the filber Platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable to them in their specific location.

2.3 Additional Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and use the filber Platform, you must:

• Be a natural person (corporate entities may not register as players);
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of filber or its affiliated companies;
• Not be self-excluded from gambling under any voluntary or mandatory exclusion program;

• Not be acting on behalf of any third party.

3. Account Registration & KYC

3.1 Registration

To access real-money gaming features on filber, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and a secure password. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly in the event of any change.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the filber Platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein without notice.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, filber requires identity verification before processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as PhilSys, driver's licence, passport, SSS/GSIS card, or voter's ID) and a selfie photograph. filber reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for compliance purposes. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your filber account credentials. You agree to notify filber immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. filber shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

filber accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and QR Ph-compatible channels. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. filber does not accept cash deposits or cryptocurrency of any kind.

4.2 Deposit Processing

GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your filber wallet in real time upon successful processing. Bank transfer deposits may take between 5 and 30 minutes during standard Philippine banking hours. filber does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which filber bears no responsibility.

4.3 Funding Source

You warrant that all funds deposited to filber are derived from legitimate sources and that you are the authorised owner or user of the payment method used. filber reserves the right to require evidence of funding source for compliance purposes. Deposits made using fraudulent or unauthorised payment instruments will result in account suspension and may be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

4.4 Dormant Account Charges

An account that has had no login activity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. filber reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts as specified in the account dashboard notices sent prior to the imposition of any such fee.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification having been completed. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 10 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day.

For withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000, filber may require additional identity verification in accordance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering compliance requirements. filber reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of any compliance review.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

filber may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentive programs to eligible players. All such promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus-derived winnings.

General bonus terms applicable to all filber promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonuses are available to players with verified accounts who are in good standing;
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn;
• filber reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or exploitation of system errors — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings and may result in account suspension;
• Bonuses are not transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the filber Platform are governed by individual game rules provided within the game interface. In all cases, the game's technical result as recorded by filber's servers shall be final and definitive. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result on the Player's device and the server-side record, the server-side record shall prevail.

filber uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology in all applicable games. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published within each game's information panel. Jackpot prizes in progressive jackpot games are accumulated and awarded in accordance with the rules of each specific game title.

filber reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings where a technical malfunction, system error, software fault, or human error — whether on the part of filber or a third-party game provider — has materially affected the outcome of a wager.

8. Responsible Gaming

filber is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines and the broader objectives of player welfare in the Philippine gaming industry. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all players from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Receive reminders after a specified duration of play;

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. 9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the filber Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments;
• Money laundering or any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws (AMLA and its amendments);
• Collusion with other players to gain unfair advantage in multi-player games;
• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly permitted by filber;
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities — any such winnings will be deemed void;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing filber staff or other players;
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restrictions, self-exclusion orders, or account limits.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the filber Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, trademarks, logos, graphics, game interfaces, and written content — is the property of filber or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of Platform content without filber's prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, filber's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

filber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption. filber does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

Gaming involves financial risk. filber accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a Player's wagering decisions. All bets are placed voluntarily by the Player.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the filber Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact filber's support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. filber will endeavour to respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days.

13. Amendments to These Terms

filber reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, filber will endeavour to provide Players with at least fourteen (14) days' notice via email or in-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the filber Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
